| The New Jersey Campus is one of only three dedicated, year-round
Personal Chef Service training facilities offering state-of-the-art,
"real world" hands-on instruction for the aspiring
Personal Chef Service business owner.
With three instructors and a class size limited to eight
students, we provide a progressive learning environment that
achieves a balance between an individual's need for personalized
instruction and the interactive dynamics of a group learning
structure.

Tom Manning, CPC is the Director of the
New Jersey Campus as well as the Head Instructor. Tom's
passion for the culinary arts is evidenced by his unique
and entertaining teaching style as he passes on his in-depth
knowledge of the Personal Chef industry to prospective
Personal Chefs. |

Chef Vickie Kirlick, CPC

Vickie Kirlick, CPC is the owner of Traveling
Gourmet Personal Chef Service in Rivervale, NJ, a Certified
Personal Chef with the USPCA. and has been a member of
the USPCA for over 6 years. Besides her duties as an instructor
at the United States Personal Chef Institute in Cherry
Hill, NJ, Vickie offers cooking classes in northern New
Jersey and has her own weekly cooking column in a local
newspaper. |

Chef Connie Rousseau, CPC

Connie Rousseau, CPC is the owner of Connie
Cooks Personal Chef Service in Fort Lee, NJ, a Certified
Personal Chef with the USPCA, and has operated Connie
Cooks Personal Chef Service for over 4 years. Connie is
as an instructor at the United States Personal Chef Institute
in Cherry Hill, NJ and also conducts local cooking classes
specializing in creating sumptuous ethnic-slanted dishes
featuring her signature cuisine of "Caribbean-Soul".

Facilities
With over 6,000 square feet, the facilities feature a state-of-the-art
gourmet kitchen, a comfortable student lounge, expansive classrooms,
and a computer Lab.
Location
The New Jersey Campus is located in the upscale community of
Cherry Hill, NewJersey, less than 15 minutes from the Philadelphia
Airport.
